I accidentally dropped a sewing needle on my desk, and now it has fallen inside my Dell SE2422H monitor. I'm worried it might damage the monitor since I can't see where it went after trying to look with a flashlight and tilting the monitor gently. I don't have the tools or know-how to open it up. Can anyone offer advice on how to safely remove the needle or what I should do?

If the monitor is still working fine, you might want to leave it as is. The needle could be stuck somewhere harmless inside. Opening it up could end up causing more damage since you might not have the right tools or experience.

Thanks for the advice! I just turned it on and it seems to work completely fine. Thinking of just leaving it for now.
