I'm looking to enable Secure Boot on my Windows 10 PC but I want to ensure I do it correctly to avoid any risks of bricking or disabling my system. My setup includes an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, G.Skill F4-3600C16D-32GTRSC RAM, ASUS Strix B550-F Gaming Wifi II motherboard, running the 64-bit Windows 10 build 19045 on a Samsung 980 Pro SSD and an EVGA RTX 3070 FTW3 8GB GPU. I've found a guide that seems helpful, but I'm curious if there are any additional considerations I should keep in mind or if anyone has had issues with this process. Thank you for any insights!

First off, you need to check if your Windows 10 is installed in UEFI mode or legacy mode. If it's in legacy mode, you'll probably have CSM enabled, and you'll need to turn that off to activate Secure Boot. But here's the catch: turning off CSM might cause your PC not to boot, and you'll have to reset your BIOS to fix it. Just a heads-up!

Got it! Sounds like there's a real risk there. So, it seems like at that point, it's a gamble? Is there no way to mitigate the risk of the BIOS failing to boot?
