I'm looking for some crucial tips on how to pack my PC for a move since I have to fly it from one state to another. I really can't take it apart because I have an all-in-one (AIO) cooling setup, and I'm worried about the weight of the cooler on the motherboard during transport, especially with the vibrations on the plane. Any advice would be super helpful!

I totally get it! For travels like this, definitely take off the GPU and pack that separately. It's the heaviest part and packing it separately can protect your motherboard from any potential damage from vibrations. Just bubble wrap it good!
If you really can't disassemble your AIO, make sure it's secured well in the case. Use extra padding around it to absorb shocks. You might want to check if the AIO has any specific transport instructions too!
Thanks! I'll look into that. Didn't think about checking for instructions.
Yeah, got it! I’ll make sure to wrap it tightly.
