I'm building my first PC and I recently got an Asrock 9800X3D. I've been trying to undervolt the CPU to prevent overheating, as I've noticed its temperatures hitting 94°C under load. When I pause any demanding process, the temp drops to around 50°C in just a few seconds, which makes me think it's not the aio cooler causing the issue. I'm using the Asrock x870E Nova with BIOS version 3.30. If you need more info to help, just let me know!

Hey! What cooler are you using with your CPU? Also, what program are you using to stress test it? That info might help pinpoint what's going on with those temp spikes.
Just a heads up, I noticed that idle temps around 46-47°C are pretty standard for CPUs under decent loads. But definitely check your cooler’s seating and make sure the thermal paste application is proper.

I'm using a PC Cooler CPS DS360 for cooling. As for stress testing, I'm just using the default settings on whatever stepped program it came with.
