How’s the Interview Process at Canonical? Salary Insights and Offers

Hey everyone! I've been through the written interview, GIA Assessment, and some technical assessments, and I'm now in the early stages of interviews with Canonical. I've heard a lot of negative feedback about being rejected in the later stages, and some people mentioned getting offers only to have them taken back. Should I keep going through the process, or is it better to drop out? I'm looking for thoughts from anyone currently in the final interview stages. Also, what can you share about Canonical's salary? Do they pay competitively? Lastly, if anyone has gone through the hiring process and received an offer recently, could you please share your timeline and experience from initial stages to the offer? I've searched around but couldn't find clear answers—any insights would be super appreciated!

You should definitely stick it out! What’s the worst that could happen? If you’ve already invested this much time, just keep going. Don’t stress about what others have experienced; focus on your journey. Good luck—I hope you land the job!

Thanks so much! That really motivates me!

I found the application process to be one of the most involved I've seen. They asked about high school performance; is that common? Just curious if others have faced similar questions. Good luck with your process!

I haven't seen that type of question before either. I guess it could be a way to gauge growth over time, but it doesn’t seem fair to judge based on high school years!
