I'm considering transitioning to PC gaming from my PS4 and Nintendo Switch. I'm planning to build a system with a Ryzen 5 5600 and an RTX 3060, along with 32GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD. I also have a 1.5TB external storage solution, although I'm concerned it might not be sufficient. Budget is a key factor for me, and while I did check out Intel options, I understand that Ryzen may offer better power efficiency and RAM speeds, which are crucial for gaming. On the other hand, opting for an Intel i5 14th Gen would really stretch my finances. What are your thoughts on this setup?

That combo is solid for 1080p gaming! Just make sure to pair it with a monitor that has at least a 165Hz refresh rate for the best experience. You'll enjoy gaming on this build!
I hadn’t considered the monitor upgrade! I was planning to stick with my old 60Hz 1080p screen. Guess I’ll need to stretch my budget for a better one.
