I've locked myself out of my phone because I forgot my PIN code. I had been using my fingerprint to unlock it, but after the battery died and the phone restarted, I'm now being asked for the PIN, which I can't remember. I've looked for recovery options, but the only solution I've found is a factory reset. I've been using this phone for years and it has tons of important data. I really don't want to lose anything.
