I recently upgraded to a 2TB iCloud plan, but now my iPhone is acting up. After restarting my phone several times, I still can't back up my 200GB of data. The 'Back Up Now' option is greyed out, and it keeps saying I have no iCloud storage available, even though my settings show I'm using only 200GB out of 2TB. My iPhone's battery is pretty much on its last legs, and I'm really anxious about losing my photos. I wish I had taken care of this sooner, but it's frustrating that such a big company would have issues with a simple backup process. Any suggestions? I'm in a bit of a hurry due to my battery situation!

Honestly, if your battery is really struggling, maybe look into getting it replaced. It's typically not too pricey, and it could solve several issues at once.
If you can't back it up wirelessly, try connecting your phone to a computer and see if you can do a physical backup through iTunes or Finder. It might help to get your data saved even if the iCloud option isn't working right now.
I get what you're saying, but since I upgraded to 2TB, I thought I'd bypass the computer method. Plus, my phone won't charge adequately unless it's plugged into a wall. Thanks for the tip!
Have you tried contacting Apple support directly? They're usually pretty helpful with these kinds of issues.
I did reach out to them, but honestly, I was hoping someone here could point out something I might be missing. Sometimes Apple Support isn't the most reliable.

I'm in the US, and unfortunately, Apple has some pretty strict policies that make it hard to get things repaired easily. My phone also has a broken back glass, which complicates things further since they typically won't replace the battery in that case.
