I'm about to build my very first PC and will soon have all the components. I've already started looking into the drivers I'll need to install. My motherboard is the Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX, and on their official website, I noticed they offer Bluetooth and Wi-Fi drivers from both Intel and Realtek. Can anyone explain the difference between these two? Does it matter which one I should download and install?

To clarify, Ethernet is for wired connections, while Wi-Fi is for wireless. The confusion might be that you have Intel and Realtek drivers available for both types of connections. It's essential to know which hardware is on your board to choose the right drivers. Check your board's specifications to see which adapter it uses.
It really depends on which NIC your specific motherboard revision has. The spec page mentions both, so you might have a dual-source setup. You should go with the driver that matches the exact card in your board. Better check the specifications carefully!
The main difference is that one set of drivers is for an Intel Wi-Fi Network Interface Card (NIC), while the other is for Realtek. It's a bit odd that both are included, but they might be catering to different revisions of the motherboard. I'd suggest trying to install both, but keep in mind that usually, only one will work successfully.
I had a similar situation with my motherboard, and I found that the manual indicated which revision had which hardware. You might want to open the manual PDF and search for 'Realtek' to get some insight.
Thanks! I’ll look that up—spec page can be a little overwhelming sometimes.
