iPhone Stuck on Unavailable Screen and Keeps Restarting

I'm having a major issue with my iPhone 11 Max Pro. It keeps showing the 'iPhone Unavailable' message and attempts to restart, but before the 15-minute timer expires, it just goes back to the Apple logo and restarts again. I haven't jailbroken my phone or installed any sketchy apps. I've tried the Forgot Password method, but after entering my Apple ID password, it just shows a spinning loading icon until it restarts again. I'm worried that my device might be compromised. I've also attempted to put it in safe mode, but that hasn't worked either. This seems like a unique problem because I can't find anyone else experiencing the same thing.

Have you checked your battery level? Sometimes, if the battery is low, it can cause issues like this. Make sure it's charged up properly before trying to reset anything. Also, just to clarify, the iPhone doesn’t actually have a safe mode. Did you see any instructions online about that?

My phone's battery is just under full. I’ll leave it charging for a while and see if it makes a difference. I meant to refer to a force restart method I found online.

If plugging in doesn't help, you might need to try connecting to iTunes to see if you can back it up or restore it that way.
