I'm considering buying a PC build from a friend for CAD 1800. It includes an AMD Ryzen 9700x CPU and an ASUS Prime RTX 5070 OC Edition GPU. I'm not a serious gamer (just play CS2 occasionally), so I mainly want this setup for prototyping with large language models (LLMs). Here's the full build:

- **Power Supply**: Corsair 850
- **Motherboard**: MSI B650 Tomahawk Wi-Fi
I might add another GPU later since the motherboard has an extra slot. Is this a good deal for CAD 1800?
