I'm planning to build a PC and think it might be a good time to buy components before prices go up. I found a local market offering a kit of 16GB DDR5 RAM running at 6000MHz for $190. Do you think that's a decent deal? Should I go ahead and buy it now for my future DDR5 build, or would it be wiser to stick with DDR4 for now and wait to buy a GPU and PSU later?

Honestly, I think you're overpaying a bit for that RAM. Right now, 32GB of similar DDR4 is going for about $362. Given current trends, the price of DDR5 seems a bit high, especially compared to just a few months ago.
