Is $260 a Good Price for Two Brand New i7 CPUs?

I'm thinking about purchasing both an i7 13700 and an i7 13700T for $260. They're brand new, but they are OEM CPUs from HP and come sealed. Will being OEM affect compatibility with my motherboard at all? Also, what's the main difference between OEM and retail CPUs?

OEM CPUs typically don’t come with a warranty, a retail box, or a cooler—it's simply the chip itself. However, they function exactly the same as retail CPUs. As for your build, there shouldn't be any compatibility issues with your motherboard as long as it supports the i7 processors.

So just to confirm, as long as the mobo specs are met, I should be good to go, right?
