Hey everyone! I'm in the process of building a white-themed PC and I'm considering non-RGB RAM options, specifically looking for 32GB at 6000MHz with a CL30 timing. Currently, brands like TEAM GROUP T-Create Expert and G.Skill Flare/Ripjaws are going for around €380 here. I'm curious about what's happening with RAM prices lately. Is it worth it to spend this much right now? I really need the PC assembled as soon as possible.

You don't really need to aim for CL30; going with CL36 will work just fine considering the current prices. Just grab what fits your budget!
Is there a question here?
I kind of regret not getting 64GB a few months back, but remember, RAM is an easy upgrade for the future!
Thanks to the recent AI boom, global RAM supply is critically low, and prices just keep increasing. If you need RAM, it's a good idea to buy whatever you can afford now because the trend doesn’t seem to be reversing any time soon.
The demand from AI data centers is really hurting PC gamers; we're being pushed aside due to higher profit margins for those sectors. Right now, stock for RAM is low, and it's likely prices will continue to climb, especially if panic buying kicks in. We might not see a price drop until at least 2027, depending on whether AI demand remains strong.

Yeah, but even the lesser-known brands are priced at around €200, so I’m hesitant to grab something I might end up replacing later. I really dislike the AI hype and how it's affecting all of us.
