I've been struggling to get 365 Admin to load for the third time this month. Is anyone else facing the same problem, or am I just imagining things? When is Bill Microsoft going to fix this so I can create an Exchange profile? Update: Thanks for your replies! I figured out that it's an ongoing issue with Chromium. It works fine in Edge for me (Central US).

It’s running smoothly for me in Central US. But I’ve heard about some chromatic admin console bugs that Microsoft acknowledged recently. Switching to Firefox or Edge might help.
Yeah, I’ve been having some intermittent issues in the US East. Just as I was typing this, it finally loaded, but it was slow for a bit.
Seems all good here in the Midwest, no loading issues to report!
Everything has been running fine for me this month; can’t complain! No issues from the West Coast. Just stay patient if it’s slow sometimes.
