I'm considering buying a PC setup for $444, which includes a Ryzen 5 7600 CPU (no GPU), a 750W power supply, 16GB of RAM (DDR5 4800MHz), a 500GB M.2 NVMe SSD, and an MSI B650M Gaming Plus WIFI motherboard. Does this price seem worth it?

If we break it down, the Ryzen 5 7600 is around $100-150, the PSU might be $20-70, the 500GB NVMe SSD could run you $30-50, RAM is generally $100-150, and the motherboard is approximately $100. All in all, that totals to about $350-$520 depending on the exact models. So, in the context of the market, $444 seems pretty fair!

Thanks for the breakdown! I think I’m going to grab this setup.

I’d say $444 is a reasonable price for what you’re getting, but it ultimately depends on the specifics of the parts. For instance, the RAM and SSD brand can make a difference. Do you know which RAM and NVMe SSD you’re looking at?

I have DDR5 4800MHz RAM, but I'm not sure about the SSD.
