I'm curious if the CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 DRAM 7200MT/s CL34 RAM Memory Kit is actually better than a 32GB DDR5 6000 MHz CL36 RAM kit. Are they equivalent, or is one superior to the other?

That 7200 MHz RAM is generally better. You can even run it at 6000 MHz with CL36 settings if you want to play it safe.
Just a heads up, RAM speeds above 6000 MHz can reduce performance in some instances. Plus, the 7200 MHz kits are known for being unstable. You might end up underclocking to 6000 MHz anyway. If you can get it for a good price, go for the 7200 MHz and hope it's one of the lucky few that works well! Otherwise, I'd recommend sticking to the safer 6000 MHz.
Don't expect to push past 6400 MHz. A better option could be 6000 CL30 RAM with EXPO support. Just enable EXPO in your BIOS, and you should be good to go.
