Is 850W Enough for My 5070 Ti and 9950X Build?

I'm putting together my PC build, and I'm not completely sure about the power supply unit (PSU) I need. I'm considering either an 850W or a 1000W PSU to power my 5070 Ti graphics card along with the 9950X processor. What do you all think? Here's a link to my build for reference: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/89rtZc

850W will definitely work for you! Just a heads up, if you're playing CPU-heavy games, the 9950X might be overkill. Something like the 7800X3D could be a better fit depending on your use case.

Yeah, I'd go with 850W too. It's more than enough unless you're planning some serious upgrades in the future.

Exactly! Most people don't even hit the 850W limit, so you'll be solid.

I think 850W is enough, but if you want to save a few bucks, check out something like the Montech CENTURY II. Great quality for a lower price! What are you mainly using this build for?

Honestly, if you're considering GPU upgrades down the road, you might want the 1000W. Otherwise, stick with 850W. It's more than enough for now.

An 850W PSU should be perfectly fine for your setup. It offers ample power for the 5070 Ti and 9950X under typical loads.
