I'm considering upgrading my system while keeping most of my existing components, like the power supply, storage, case, and fans. Here's what I'm planning to build: a Ryzen 7 9800x3d, Peerless Assassin cooler (2x120), 32 GB DDR5 RAM, a 4070 Ti GPU, a 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD, and 4 case fans. I'm currently using an RMX 550W Gold-rated power supply. Will this 550W PSU be enough to support my new components?

It'll be pushing the limits but should work fine for your setup. Just keep an eye on your power usage during demanding tasks.
Honestly, I'd recommend upgrading to at least an 850W PSU. With your planned hardware, a 550W might run into some problems down the line.
To be on the safe side, you might want at least a 700W PSU for that setup. Better to have extra power than to risk stability issues.
