I recently used the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool from Microsoft to create installation media on a 64GB USB drive. Now, I've come across posts mentioning that Windows usually only boots from a maximum of 32GB USB drives. Should I switch to a smaller capacity USB, or is it okay to use my 64GB drive?

You might as well give it a shot since you've already created the bootable USB. It's worth testing out before making any changes like switching to a smaller drive.
From what I understand, the size of the USB drive doesn't make a big difference as long as you use the Media Creation Tool properly. I've used a 128GB USB for the installation and it worked just fine without any issues. So, you should be good to go with your 64GB USB!
So in theory, since my installation on the USB went smoothly and I formatted it beforehand, there's nothing to worry about, right?
I hear you! But I'm reusing my GPU from my old PC, and it's a hassle to have to disassemble and reassemble everything if it doesn't work. Just wanted to double-check here!
