Is a 650W PSU Enough for My New GPU?

I'm currently running an Intel i5 10600k processor, 16GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti graphics card. I just got a new 5070 to replace my 1660 Ti and my research suggests that a 750W power supply would be ideal for my setup. What do you all think? Is 650W sufficient, or should I definitely upgrade?

A 750W PSU should definitely cover your needs! If you can, grab one with ATX 3.1 support, so it has the native 12V-2x6 connector for the 5070. Just a heads up, your i5 may bottleneck the GPU a bit depending on the game and settings you use. If you're gaming at 1080p, consider whether a 5060 Ti or RX 9060 XT might suit you better for less cash.

Benchmarks indicate that the i5 won’t bottleneck a 5070 Ti, so you should be fine.

I think it will bottleneck, especially in 1080p gaming.

Honestly, 650W is more than enough for a 5070. There's no need to upgrade to 750W unless your current PSU is a low-quality model. You should be good to go with what you have!
