I'm considering setting up a monitoring wall for my helpdesk/sys admin team. It would primarily track online services like Microsoft outages, ISP link statuses, server uptime, and ticketing system KPIs. What monitoring application would you suggest for this purpose?

Have you checked what’s already out there? There are tons of tools for each aspect you're looking to monitor, and it's been a hot topic lately. Just a quick search will bring up a lot of suggestions! You could check out Checkmk, Prometheus with Grafana, or Zabbix. Just keep in mind that testing each one takes a while, which can be tough when you're busy.
