I'm planning to upgrade my prebuilt computer with a Radeon 9060 XT, but I have an Intel i5-9400 as my CPU. I'm not very knowledgeable about how CPUs can bottleneck GPUs, so I'm looking for advice on whether my current CPU will be sufficient for this graphics card.

It really depends on what games you're playing and the resolution you want to run. The i5-9400 is quite old at this point, and there are much newer CPUs that would outpace it easily. However, if you're gaming at 1080p, it might do okay for most titles, though you might hit some limitations. Just keep in mind that you might not get the best performance with that setup.
The i5-9400 might hold back the Radeon 9060 XT, especially in more demanding games. If you can, consider upgrading to something more recent down the line. Just keep an eye on CPU usage while gaming; if it gets too high, that could be a sign of a bottleneck.
