I've been hearing various reports that Microsoft email services are loading very slowly, or even not loading at all, both on-site and off the network. It's strange because there haven't been any advisories issued. Is anyone else noticing similar issues?

We’ve also received reports of issues in Texas. Webmail is being affected, but it doesn’t seem to be universal, which is puzzling.
I'm in the Boston area, and I'm noticing issues as well. New profiles aren't loading, and some OWA pages won't load either. It seems to be increasing but not everyone is affected yet.
I've checked Downdetector, and it looks like a lot of major services, including M365, are having issues right now. Definitely something to keep an eye on for updates.
We're seeing similar problems here too. The Outlook clients can't be configured, and in OWA, messages are stuck in the Outbox. It seems like a widespread issue, but no health advisories yet.
I've been sending notifications from another system, and none of them have been arriving in mailboxes. It's odd that there's nothing noted in Microsoft's health dashboards about this.
