But I just downloaded TES Oblivion remastered, and it turns out my PC isn't meeting the minimum requirements; I'm getting around 13-21 FPS even on the lowest settings. I'm contemplating whether to invest in a new PC altogether, but for now, I'm curious—if I double my RAM, will it significantly boost my performance? My motherboard has 4 slots, and I'm currently using 2x 16GB sticks. The game suggests I need a CPU with 6 logical processors and at least 6GB of video RAM, so I'm wondering what I can achieve with just a RAM upgrade.
Also, when I do decide to upgrade, what specs are worth considering nowadays?

32GB of RAM is more than sufficient for any game out there! The problem lies more with your old GPU and CPU.
