Is €500 a Good Upgrade from an i7-9700KF to AM5?

I'm upgrading my i7-9700KF system to AM5 and found a bundle containing an NZXT case, NZXT 360 mm AIO cooler, AM5 motherboard, 850 W be quiet! power supply, 10 RGB fans, and 32 GB of DDR5-5600 memory for €300 total. I'm also ordering a Ryzen 5 7500X3D for €200. I plan to reuse my current SSD and RTX 2080, bringing the complete upgrade cost to €500. Does this sound like a bargain, or did I overpay?

That sounds like a very good deal overall, especially with the case, cooler, motherboard, power supply, fans, and memory included. The RTX 2080 should still be perfectly usable for now, although the graphics card will probably be the next part worth upgrading.

Thanks! The RTX 2080 is still doing well for me, but I'm keeping an eye out for a reasonably priced RTX 3080.

€500 for the complete platform upgrade seems quite reasonable. It may be worth comparing used GPU prices in your area, since moving from an RTX 2080 to something like an RTX 3080 could provide a noticeable improvement when you decide to upgrade the graphics card.

Thanks! The best RTX 3080 price I've found so far is around €260, so I'll probably wait for a good deal.
