I've been getting popups on all our devices saying that the ESET LiveGrid servers can't be reached, but the ESET status page shows that everything is operational. Has anyone else encountered similar problems with LiveGrid recently?

I just checked support.eset.com, and it's displaying a 504 Server Error now. They're acknowledging an issue and said they're working on it, so hopefully, it'll be fixed soon!
Yeah, I’m facing the same issue! The LiveGrid servers aren’t reachable for me either, yet the status page claims everything's fine. It's kind of frustrating.

I came across your post because I'm having the same connection problem. Even with ESET's status page showing operational, my endpoint can't connect at all. I’ve checked everything – no firewall issue here, and I even tried switching to 5G but still nothing!
Definitely looks like a major outage. I'm not able to connect either, and it seems like others are experiencing the same thing.
