I recently reset my MSI laptop's Windows, keeping my files, and reinstalled apps mostly as new. I'm trying to get into Black Myth: Wukong, but I've only got 15GB left on my 237GB SSD after installing Steam and Brave Browser, and I've already uninstalled some other apps. I don't currently have the funds to upgrade my SSD, but I'm planning to get one in December. I also have a D drive that's an HDD and no personal data stored on my SSD. I'm curious if this low storage will cause any problems for my SSD or laptop.

SSDs like to have some free space for better performance and longevity. You might want to check what’s taking up space using tools like WizTree or WinDirStat to see if there's anything you can safely remove.
You're probably fine, but just know that having less space can lead to slower loading times. You won’t experience HDD levels of slowness, but keep an eye on it!
Yeah, it's not going to be as bad as an HDD!
With such low storage, your virtual RAM might not function well. Loading and defragmenting will be slower, and Windows updates could be problematic. One trick you could try is using an external USB stick as virtual RAM to help with performance. You can set that up in Explorer under 'ReadyBoost'. Check out this guide for more details that could help!
How do SSDs relate to virtual RAM exactly?

Thanks for the tips! I’ll give those a try.
