I have a promo code that lets me buy a set of 32 GB (2x16) DDR5 RAM with a speed of 6000MHz and timings of cl30-36-36-76 for $168. I'm wondering if I should go ahead and buy it now or wait in hopes of a price drop. Do you think the price will decrease any time soon? Just to give you some context, a month ago this same kit was priced at $100, and I live in Eastern Europe where the average salary is about $400. I do have the money available, but I'm still hesitant.

It's a decent price, especially with what you mentioned about salaries. There's no real indication that prices will drop soon, so I would say go for it!
Honestly, I don't think prices will drop anytime soon. Some folks even expect them to rise throughout 2026. If you're thinking of getting this RAM, it might be worth jumping on it now!
I get that, but it's still a bit hard for me to part with more money when I saw it for $100.
