I just built my new PC a week ago, and I've noticed a lot of people recommending undervolting. So far, I've played games like Black Myth, Elden Ring, FC 26, and League of Legends, and my CPU temperatures haven't gone above 80°C. Since I mainly game and don't overclock or push my system too hard, should I still consider undervolting? My motherboard is an ASUS Prime Z790-P, if that helps any.

Before doing anything, make sure your BIOS is up to date. It helps avoid any stability issues with Intel CPUs. Once you're sure about that, you could consider undervolting mainly to prevent long-term degradation rather than just temperature concerns.
Honestly, if your PC is running fine and your temperatures are good, there might not be any need to change anything. Your components are designed to handle heavy workloads, so unless you're experiencing issues, just leave it as is. You paid for powerful hardware, so use it!

I checked, and I'm on the latest version, so I'm good there!
