I've been using a water cooling setup on my i9 14900KF processor with an ENDORFY NAVIS F360 ARGB cooler for about six months. I recently ran a Prime 95 stress test and saw the CPU temperature hit 100°C, but I noticed that both cooling tubes feel barely warm at all. Is this something I should be concerned about?

This is actually pretty normal. Water cooling setups can sometimes not feel very warm, especially if the processor is still stable at a decent clock speed like 4GHz. Have you checked the exhaust? It should slightly warm up after a few minutes of stress testing.
It sounds like your pump might not be working properly. If the coolant isn't circulating, it won't pick up heat from the CPU. You might want to check if the pump is running correctly.

But the radiator felt cold too after a while. I figured that after hitting close to 100°C on the CPU, there should be more heat in the tubes.
