I accidentally cut myself on my motherboard while working on my PC. I wasn't bleeding on it when I removed my hand, but I'm worried about whether it's safe to turn it on. Should I clean it or do anything else before powering it up?

If you didn't bleed on the motherboard itself, you should be fine to power it on. I’ve had my fair share of small cuts while building PCs, and as long as there's no blood on it, just go ahead. I often keep band-aids handy for those little mishaps!
