Is it safe to use DDR5 4x16GB @ 6000MHz with i5-12600K long-term?

I'm currently using four 16GB sticks of DDR5 memory, giving me a total of 64GB, running at 6000 MHz on an i5-12600K CPU with an MSI PRO B760M-A motherboard. I have enabled XMP, and everything is functioning well. I've also run MemTest for several hours without any errors. However, I know that using four DIMMs can put additional strain on the memory controller, particularly with 12th-gen Intel setups and B760 boards. Given that my MemTest passed and the system appears stable, is it safe to continue using this setup for the long term, or should I drop the speed to avoid possible future instability? I'm especially interested in feedback from others who have experience with 4-DIMM DDR5 configurations.

Real-world stability can really depend on what you're using the system for. It's like a silicon lottery; some people can run all four sticks at 6400 MHz without issues because they got lucky with their hardware.

Exactly! I edit videos and my RAM gets close to 90% usage often, so it really varies by the type of workload you have.
