I'm not really up to speed with the latest hardware generation and I'm just a casual gamer. My current setup includes a Gigabyte x570 Aorus Master motherboard, an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X CPU, and a GeForce RTX 3060 Twin X2 GPU. I'm wondering if I should consider upgrading any components. I usually play less demanding games like roguelikes, simulation, and strategy games, but I'm curious if I might run into issues with more demanding titles in the future, like the next Total War game. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

In Europe, GPU prices are pretty decent right now, and there are some good options out there. If you could snag a 5700X3D for around $200, it might be a worthwhile upgrade. But as for your GPU, if you're looking to upgrade from the 3060, a 4070 or 5060 would be a good choice to prevent bottlenecks. Just keep an eye on prices!
Why fix something that isn't broken? Asking for advice suggests you're looking for a reason to upgrade, but maybe you don't really need to unless you notice issues yourself. Just enjoy your current rig for now!
Unless you’re experiencing performance issues, frame rate drops, or you're not able to play at your preferred resolution and graphical settings, there's no rush to upgrade. Your setup sounds solid for casual gaming!
You really only need to think about upgrading if your current PC isn’t performing well enough for your needs. If everything is running smoothly and you're hitting your desired settings, stick with what you have!
Totally agree with you on the GPU front. Getting something like a 4070 would definitely give a solid performance boost without bottlenecking.
