I ran Crystal Disk Info on my HDD and got a caution flag for the Reallocated Sector Count, which reads as 67D8. Is this an indication that my hard drive is failing, or can I keep using it? The device I'm referencing is an ST2000DM001-1ER164 with a capacity of 2000.3 GB.

It's a good idea to run a full chkdsk scan, including the free space. If the bad sector count is more than a couple or keeps increasing, definitely replace the drive. Personally, I would never use a hard drive with even a single bad sector, but some folks might use it if it’s stable with just a few bad ones. Not worth the risk if you ask me!
Crystal Disk Info is reliable. If it shows a caution status for your drive, it’s wise to consider a replacement soon. Just keep an eye on those readings!
Once you start seeing changes in that reallocated sector count, it’s better to move your data to a new drive and retire the old one. Better safe than sorry!
Totally agree. I’ve seen people who know their drives might fail still use them for cache or temp storage, but I wouldn't take that chance.
