I've been using a Ryzen 5 3600 paired with an RTX 3060 Ti for gaming, mostly at 1080p. Recently, I checked some bottleneck calculators, and they suggest that my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU. Should I consider upgrading my CPU?

Honestly, those bottleneck calculators can be misleading. Your current setup is pretty well balanced. If you're looking for better performance, upgrading your GPU might give you a bigger boost in FPS than changing your CPU right now.
If you're considering a CPU upgrade, go for the 5600. I recently switched from a 3700x to a 5800XT before moving to a higher-end GPU, and it was worth it! I snagged my 5800XT for just $169 on sale, which was a steal.
I'd suggest either the 5600 or 5700 for the CPU upgrade. Also, think about the games you play—eventually, you might need a new GPU too, but not just yet.
Have you thought about moving to 1440p gaming? That could also give you a noticeable performance improvement!
If your budget allows, consider upgrading to a Ryzen 5 5600 or 5700X3D. They'll give you a nice performance boost without breaking the bank!

I mainly play FPS games, but I want to make sure I'm set for future titles!
