Is it time to upgrade my GPU?

I've been experiencing some performance issues while gaming, and I've noticed that my GPU is consistently running at 100%, while my CPU is only sitting around 30-50%. This makes me think that I'm GPU bound and that it might be time for an upgrade. I'm currently playing games like Hell Divers 2, Sea of Thieves, and Far Cry 6 at 1440p, and I want to maintain that resolution.

Here's my current setup:
- CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz (6-Core/12 Threads AM4)
- GPU: RTX 3060 12GB
- Memory: 16GB DDR4 (2x8GB)

I'm considering switching to AMD and upgrading to an RX 9060 XT. What do you think?

Having your GPU at 100% is actually a good sign! It means you’re maxing out its potential. Before diving into a GPU upgrade, you might want to think about upgrading your CPU first, especially a 4080 if you can find one. That could give you a nice boost!

Yeah, I've been trying to find a 4080 but they're really hard to come by. If I were to upgrade my CPU, I’d lean towards the Ryzen 7 5700X.
