Hey everyone! I'm a 24-year-old guy currently working as a service desk agent in a multinational company. I've accumulated about 2.6 years of experience that's not directly related to DevOps, but I'm eager to switch to that field. Soon, I'll be celebrating my 3-year mark at my current job. I've got some skills under my belt, including AWS, Git, Docker, Jenkins, ECS, EKS, ECR, and Terraform, as well as familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic and Splunk. My main question is, am I too late to make a transition into DevOps? Also, do you think my current skill set is sufficient for this career change?

You're actually in a pretty good spot! Three years isn’t too long, and your list of tools shows that you've been learning the right things. Focus on expanding your hands-on experience with those technologies, and reach out to your network; even internal opportunities can be a great way to pivot into DevOps. Just stay proactive, and you'll find your way.
Hey there! It’s definitely not too late for you to break into DevOps. Many people transition to this field later in their careers, and your existing skills are a solid foundation. AWS, Docker, and Jenkins are highly sought after, so you’re already on the right track. Just keep building your knowledge and maybe consider contributing to open-source projects to gain some additional experience. Good luck!
