I'm considering swapping my one-year-old RTX 4060 for a two-year-old RTX 3070. It seems like a lateral move, but I heard I might gain around 20 fps. What do you all think?

Honestly, I wouldn't go for the swap. The performance difference is minimal, and you'd probably be better off sticking with your 4060. The RTX 4060 is still a solid card for gaming.
But don’t you think the extra 20 fps could make a difference in some games?
