There aren’t many worthwhile options. You could go for an 8-core, but the performance boost in gaming might be minimal. If gaming’s your main focus, an X3D chip would be your best bet, but they're not cheap or easy to find right now. Avoid the non-X 5700 if you're considering upgrades.
