I'm currently using an MSI B650 motherboard that works great with my 9800X3D and 4080 Super. I'm thinking about upgrading to a different motherboard mainly for its aesthetics. What do you all think? Is it worth making a switch just for looks?

Honestly, I wouldn't upgrade just for looks. If everything is running fine, save your money for a board that has better features or performance that you actually need.
But if you really want that aesthetic, go for it! Money shouldn't hold you back if you can afford it.
It really boils down to what 'worth it' means for you. How much is the aesthetic upgrade worth to your personal setup?
If aesthetics is your main reason, then it all comes down to how much you're willing to spend. There's no functional benefit since the current board is working well for you.
