Hey everyone! I recently moved into a place without air conditioning, and I want to make sure my new PC build doesn't heat up my room like my last one did. I'll be using it for game development and streaming, so it's going to be a powerful machine. The outside temperatures average between 75°F to 90°F in the summer, occasionally hitting 100°F. I'm considering liquid cooling for my setup because I think it might help avoid pulling in hot air, but I'm not entirely sure if I need fans at all if I go with liquid cooling. I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether this setup is worth it! I haven't bought any parts yet, but here's my part list if you want to check it out: [https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZdcHDj](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZdcHDj). Thanks in advance!

Just so you know, whether you use air or liquid cooling, it won't actually lower the room temperature. Your CPU and GPU will still produce the same amount of heat regardless. If you go with liquid cooling, you still need fans because that’s where the heat gets dissipated. If keeping the room cool is a priority, you might want to consider undervolting your components to cut down on heat output without sacrificing too much performance. Also, I’d recommend looking at the X3D chips; they’re excellent for gaming and can help with power efficiency!
Thanks for the clarification! I thought liquid cooling would make a noticeable difference in heat management, but it's good to know. I appreciate the recommendation on the chip—I’ll definitely check those out as I finalize my parts!
