Is My $1200 PC Build Good, or Should I Change Anything?

I'm planning to build a PC with a budget of $1200. Here's what I'm considering: a 4060 Ti graphics card, a Ryzen 5 7600X CPU, an MSI B650 motherboard, a Crucial P3 1TB SSD, an NZXT H5 Flow RGB case, a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE cooler, an MSI MAG A650BN 650W power supply, and 32GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM (16GB x2). Are there any components I should change or remove to improve this build?

You might want to consider swapping the 4060 Ti for an RX 9060 XT 16GB or an RTX 5060 Ti, especially if you can stretch your budget a bit for an RTX 5070. Plus, make sure your RAM is rated at 6000MHz CL30 for better performance!

I checked PCPartPicker, and it looks like the 9060 XT doesn't quite match with the 9600X. By the way, why is CL30 RAM preferable?
