Hey everyone! I'm putting together my first gaming PC and need your help. I've designed a build that totals around $1350, and I'm looking for feedback. My primary focus is on playing CPU-intensive games while keeping latency low. I specifically wanted a solid CPU to prevent any bottlenecks with the GPU and I'm considering the x3d cache and Nvidia Reflex.

Here's what I've got:

1. CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor
2. CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE
3. Motherboard: MSI PRO B650M-P Micro ATX
4. RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 32GB (DDR5-6000 CL30)
5. Storage: Silicon Power UD90 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD
6. GPU: Asus DUAL EVO OC RTX 4060 8GB
7. Case: Montech X3 Mesh ATX Mid Tower
8. PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GX2 600W 80+ Gold

Do you think this build is strong enough for my needs?

Your build looks solid! But I noticed you might have shared an incorrect link to your PCPartPicker list. Make sure to use the permalink option for sharing, or create a table for clarity. Here's a guide if you need help with that!

Check out this modified build I made for you! It keeps the budget similar but boosts performance:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: Zotac Twin Edge GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB
Memory: Patriot Viper Venom 32 GB DDR5-6400
Plus a 2TB SSD! Total is about $1374. This should help with your CPU-intensive gameplay!

But isn’t there a chance of the GPU bottlenecking during high CPU loads? Just want to make sure you’re well-informed before making the decision!
