Is My 3090 Compatible with My New Power Supply’s 12VH Connector?

Hey everyone, I just got a 3090 FE graphics card and I also picked up a Coolermaster GX 3 1250W power supply that features a direct 12VH to 12VH connector. My question is, if I use the cable that came with the power supply, will it work properly? I've noticed that the four sensor pins on the connector don't seem to connect to anything. Has anyone tried this setup yet?

Yeah, it should work just fine! As long as there’s enough space for those four extra pins to just hang out and not connect to anything, you’re good to go. Just make sure everything else is properly hooked up and you should be all set!

Just to add, the cable is specifically for 12V HPPWR to 12V HPPWR, so the cables from the power supply will still contact properly. It's just that the motherboard may not have the connection for those four pins since it's the earlier version with only 12 pins.
