Hey folks! I just picked up a 9070 XT TUF for $780, and I've been using a 5700X3D since I got it for just $200 six months ago. Since I'm already on AM4 (with a 3700X), it seemed like the best budget upgrade for me. I'm curious if my 5700X3D will hold me back at 1440p with the new GPU, or if it can get me through until AM6 comes out. Do you think I should consider a smaller GPU instead? I really want to avoid switching to AM5 due to costs and what I have already. Gaming is my main focus here!

Definitely won't have issues at 1440p. Your current setup can carry you through to AM6 without a hitch!
At 1440p, your 5700X3D should be perfectly fine even with a powerful GPU like the 9070 XT. You'll be able to enjoy great performance!
You'll be just fine with that combo! The 5700X3D performs great, especially when paired with more capable GPUs like the 9070 XT.
I appreciate that info! Makes me feel better about my decision!
