Is My CPU Temperature Too Low for Comfort?

I recently built my own PC, and I'm using a Peerless Assassin 140mm cooler with a 9800X3D CPU. I've noticed that my idle CPU temperature is around 20 to 23 degrees Celsius. I'm a bit concerned that such a low temperature might cause condensation. Is this something to worry about?

It's pretty unlikely you'll get condensation with those temps. Your CPU can't really drop below the ambient room temperature. If your room's about 22 degrees, then the cooler should just be circulating that air, so unless something unusual is going on, you're good!

What’s your ambient temperature got to be for that low reading though?
