I'm using a Phantom Spirit 120 cooler on my Ryzen 9 9800X3D, but I'm worried because my temperatures are quite high—55°C at idle and 95°C during gaming. I've set both fans to blow air into their respective heatsinks, both facing the back of the case. So, if you picture the case with its rear to your left, it's arranged as follows: heatsink fan heatsink fan, all blowing towards the left. One issue is that my RAM is slightly raising the front fan because it can't align properly with the cooling fins due to the clearance, and I'm considering switching to a 'pull' configuration to see if it helps. Is this setup correct?

Your fan arrangement sounds good overall. Just make sure you've double-checked a few things: Are your temps still around what you mentioned? Did you remove any protective film on the cooler's base? And did you apply thermal paste correctly? It sounds like you might need to re-check those to be certain.
Also, define "unusually high" for temps. For modern CPUs, hitting the 80s is not uncommon, but your idle should be lower. Just note that Ryzen X3D chips usually operate cooler, so keep an eye on those temps.
Your setup seems right based on your description. What temps are you seeing? It would help to know if you've tried running stress tests or games to see how it behaves under load.
