Hey everyone! I'm building my first PC and I've chosen some pretty solid parts. Here's what I'm working with:
- **Case:** Lian Li O11 Vision Compact
- **Case Fans:** Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM 120mm (7 total: 5 intake, 2 exhaust)
- **RAM:** G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5, 64GB (2x32GB)
- **Motherboard:** MSI Mag B650 Tomahawk
- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- **Cooler:** Noctua NH-U12A
- **GPU:** PowerColor Radeon RX 9070 XT Hellhound
- **PSU:** Corsair RM850x Shift 850W
- **SSD:** Samsung 990 PRO SSD 2TB M.2 NVMe
I have a few questions:
1. Is the CPU cooler too much?
2. Is my motherboard a good choice?
3. Are my case fans sufficient?
Any other suggestions or changes you would make?

Hey! Your build is looking great! I think the NH-U12A cooler is actually perfect for your setup. AMD CPUs can get a bit warm, so you'll want good cooling, but it's all about monitoring your temps. You could maybe tweak your fan speeds for better airflow if you feel it's necessary. As for the motherboard, it's a solid choice! Just remember, if it gets too hot, there might be solutions on the manufacturer's site for fan settings.
Your parts list looks fantastic! I wouldn't worry too much about the cooler being overkill—it’s always better to have more cooling. Your motherboard is a mid-range option and should fit your needs well. With seven case fans, you're in good shape! Just remember, adding more isn't always necessary; less noise can be a good thing too.
Thanks for the reassurance! I'll keep an eye on the temps.
