Is My First PC Build Good Enough for Architecture and Gaming?

I'm building my first PC and would love some advice on whether my selected parts are the best choice. Here's my current list:

- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 5700x
- **Cooler**: Be quiet! Pure Rock 3 LX BK040
- **Motherboard**: GYIABYTE A520M K V2
- **GPU**: SAPPHIRE PULSE AMD RADEON RX 7600 XT GAMING OC 16GB
- **RAM**: G.Skill RipJaws V 2x16GB 3600Mhz DDR4
- **SSD**: Kingston 1000GB M.2 NVMe 2280 PCIe 4.0 NV3
- **PSU**: Be quiet! 650W 80+ Gold Pure Power 12 BP002EU

As an architecture student, I'll be using some architecture software and DaVinci Resolve, but I'd also like to play games like CS2, Fortnite, Minecraft, and COD. Any thoughts on whether I need to make any changes? Thanks in advance!

If you can, consider upgrading to an AM5 platform with DDR5 RAM. It’ll pay off in the long run, especially for your architecture software. But honestly, your build looks decent overall!

You might want to create a parts list on PCPartPicker for compatibility and to find better deals. Some of your components are quite old, and it could help you avoid overpaying for outdated parts. Honestly, a Ryzen 5 9600x setup paired with an RX 9060 XT might be a better option.

Thanks for the tip! I’ll check out PCPartPicker to make sure everything fits together.
